I've noticed my waist is shrinking and that belly fat that is the hardest to lose is starting to shrink. I can feel the roll is smaller on girth and doesn't provide as much padding for my back pack.
I've watched as the pounds drop, usually 1 per 2 weeks and having to buy a size smaller pants. Some of my shirts look baggy that were once tight. I tend to walk taller with a straighter spine and posture has improved. I feel an increase in confidence that feels so good.
The run up the hill to the bus stop was fast. I felt endorphins release and that tingle go up and down my spine. That 1.2 mile repeat with a hill has served me well. I covered the distance in about 7 minutes.
