I got home at 9:00 pm which is usually my bed time. My wife, Kelly had not walked yet, having been caught up in some goals helping the kids. We headed out at 9:30 and the kids joined us in waking a mile and a half. It was important for me to be consistent and supportive and our children will follow us in swimming and biking too. I'm thinking it would be interesting to help them train for a triathlon.
I swam 2000 M yesterday at lunch. I focused on coordinating a stronger kick with arm strokes. I noticed my heart rate was higher and I swam faster.
