Running 10 miles at Suncrest

It's 4:30 am and I'm waiting for the bus. I'm meeting Chandler in American Fork to run 10 miles at Suncrest. It is 5 miles up and 5 miles down 1200 ft. It is a beautiful run watching the sun rise.

It's been a challenge dealing with the depressive feelings. I look forward to a run, cycle or swim to push it back. I keep reminding myself that it will soon pass. Smile and ignore the pain. Pain brings growth and speed. It is a good day to run.
