I have been working on a gymnastic planche progression for about 4 weeks. I hold a frog stand for 15 seconds with a 1 minute rest interval and repeat 3 times.
I can hold Advanced frog stand for 15 seconds. I tried the third progression, the tuck stand and could hold it for 2 seconds.
I held the 1st L-sit progression on parralletes for 5 seconds. I used one of my rings to suspend my bicycle while I adjusted the dérailleurs. I now have a working front and rear gear range.
Back lever 1st progression is a back tuck 0 seconds. I did it 2 days ago for 2 seconds.
