My legs feel like full recovery has occurred since yesterday. The massage was effective. I'm still feeling headaches, muscle aches, chills, sinus drainage and goopy eyes.
I've been swimming and running to keep up my workout schedule. Yoga has been great to keep muscles stretched and speed recovery. I want to run a long distance 8-10 miles at a recovery pace on Saturday.
