Lunch with Ultra Runners

Todd, the manager at MonaVie Cafe told me about Amie, another runner who works for Ceridian on floor. I wanted to meet her but never got around to looking her up. It turns out i met her while pacing Vince in the Squaw Peak 50 mile run a few weeks ago.

I had taken a picture of her and some video shots. She even said her name on one of the videos which is how I finally made the connection.

We ate lunch and I learned about some ad hoc running races organized at low cost and advertised via word of mouth or the grape vine.

I was impressed with Amie and her endurance running skills.
