Swim, bike and recover

I can swim 36 laps (50 M) or 1800 Meters easily. I finish in about 45 minutes. Swimming is an excellent recovery activity. I notice my kick gets a little weaker after the first few laps. I have focused on the kick on a few swim sessions to strengthen it.

It is hard to get my heart rate up on the cycle. I have to keep a high cadence and gradually increase the resistance to get the workout I need. I sweat a lot on the stationary bike.

We welcomed another Black Diamond distributor to MonaVie. There was a nice excited energy and the couple seemed genuinely pleased with the reception. I talked to Karli a few minutes. She looked much more tanned; must be getting out off the couch.

My recovery from running up Timpanoogie has been a good one. I seem to be breathing with more efficiency. Running in the higher altitude is paying dividends.
