The results from my CardioPoint test. My VO2 was 56, my heart rate zones are higher than before and I burn more fat than I did previously. My endurance has increased. My base zone has moved up so I have to work harder. I have a love hate relationship with the test. I just get to a point where it is easier to run and then the test confirms it is time to step up my workout intensity.
