It has been a challenging week. I have continued attending my triathlon classes. I have been sick for a couple of weeks. I just don't have the push and drive to exert yet I'm still coming away from workouts soaking wet.
I've also been sleeping much more. I've starting feeling worried about falling behind in my training schedule. I notice I'm still dropping pounds. I haven't had much of an appetite. It has been a challenge to stay motivated as I feel layers being stripped down. The reasons why I train revealed.
Training is an assertion of love of self. I want energy to play all day.
