Coach Ryan started off my second 12 week triathlon class this morning at the pool. I was introduced to 2 new students Nate and ? Meghan and Jim returned from the previous class. I swam 300 Meter warm up, 100 M back swim, 6 x 50 M drills and 10 x 100 M swim with 20 sec rest between. I felt good today. I swam clocked 100 M swim in 1 min 45 sec and was able to maintain good pace for 1000 M.
I ran about 3 miles in my bus stop commute. My heart feels stronger and the running just seems easier.
