I went to LifeTime Fitness. I performed a set of sun salutations, inch worms, prone runners, pull ups and used two 15 lb dumb bells to work my arms while standing on one leg. My balance was a little bit off this morning.
In Yoga class, we worked a lot on stretching out the back and inverted positions. It is my goal to practice hand stands to master the Inverted L position. I still need to make a set of paralletes.
I have 3 days until I run in the St George Half Marathon. I still need to call to get a room for Friday night.
