Building Strength with Gymnastic Training

I met Brandon John in Yoga class offered at work during the lunch hour. I learned that he trained with rings. I contacted him yesterday again about his training with rings. He told me about using parallettes and rings for strength training. He referred me to one of his coworkers, Mark Weaver. He sent me two links about gymnastic training and about motivation. The articles are inspiring. I want to start using the static positions described in that article.
